first installed I have problem like u bro,but I trying installed a rom again via recovery .I do it format manual system,cache,and data.then wipe factory.go to power menu choose reboot recovery.
Deleteafter back to recovery try installed a rom.then on your device maybe you will take resolved from google play service.if you had download gapps .back recovry then installed gapps from recovery.
mybe help you for a question.I am still learn for this device
